  • The deadline for registration is September 1, 2020. 
     

  • The names of the winners will be published on the website on December 1, 2020.
     

  • The competition is open to candidates of all nationalities and ages. 
     

  •  By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to the contest rules, general policies, terms of use and privacy policy.
     

  • Applications from underage musicians must be completed and submitted by their parents or legal guardian (tutor).
     

  • Once the application fee has been submitted, it cannot be refunded. 
     

  • The competition organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the competition if there are too few candidates. In this case, the contest will refund each entry. 
     

  • The decisions of the international jury are final and not to be argued. The votes and opinions of the jury are strictly confidential and jury members will not be able to provide feedback on the candidate's performance on the video recordings. The competition reserves the right not to disclose the names of the judges.
     

  • The competition reserves the right to select more or less winners than announced depending on the quality of the entries. 
     

  • Candidates who fail to submit their online application and application fee by the deadline will be disqualified. The competition organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the competition should the number of candidates be too low. In this case, the contest will refund each entry. 
     

  • Before participating in the project, the winners will sign a contract with the association to secure their legal right to registration and stay made. 
     

  • The 7 soloists undertake to be present from 29 July to 31 August 2021 to record their disc as a soloist and the other discs as a tuttist in the orchestra. They will not play in the orchestra for the 2nd part and the 3rd part of their disc. Their presence is mandatory throughout the duration of the project. If one of the musicians is absent, the contract signed between the two parties will define the terms of the dispute. 
     

  • The calendar is likely to move concerning the rehearsals.
     

  • Winners will have to pay for their transportation costs to come to the recording location. During the stay, accommodation and meals are paid for by the association. 
     

  • Conductors and composers must be present four days between 29 July and 31 August 2021 for the recording, the date will be communicated to them in March 2021, however they must keep as many dates as possible available (at least 21 in the month concerned).
